Chickenfoot have just announced the Different Devil Tour which kicks off with a pair of shows in Lake Tahoe May 4th and 5th, 2012! The tour runs through early June with shows across the US along with a stop in Canada.

Michael’s business partner Brad Fanshaw of bonspeed is the team captain in the 2012 season of Car Warriors.

The new season premieres February 24 on Speed TV at 8PM EST – right after the Daytona Truck Race coverage ends.

Car Warriors is a competition unlike any other. Every week, two of the country’s most talented and colorful local garages will have one crazy challenge: Build an ENTIRE CAR from a piece of junk – in just 48 hours. It’s the ultimate car building competition!

After the premiere episode, Car Warriors will air Wednesdays at 9PM EST. Check your local listings for more information.

Mark & Brian Christmas Show 2011

Chickenfoot performed at the 2011 Mark & Brian Christmas Show at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, CA on December 15.

Sammy Hagar kicked things off with a rousing rendition of “Santa’s Going South For Christmas” with the Mark and Brian All-Star Band. Joe later teamed up with the All-Stars to perform “Satch Boogie” before Sammy and Mike took the stage to play “Poundcake” and “I Can’t Drive 55.”

Chickenfoot then hit the stage together, performing a 4 song set that had the sold out theater on their feet and pumping their fists.

“Hey everyone! As we come to the end of 2011, I would like to once again thank all of you for the love and support you continue to show me! “If that was the tough part, we’re in pretty great shape,” says Joe Satriani about Chickenfoot’s just-completed “Road Test tour,” during which the band – which also includes Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony and drummer Kenny Aronoff (filling in for Chili Peppers man Chad Smith) – played a series of no-frills, guerrila-style club dates to break in songs from their new album, Chickenfoot III.
